2. What documents are requested from families in each case? Every funeral home is different, but the standard checklist we provide includes: government issued ID of the deceased, Social Security card, birth certificate, marriage or divorce certificate if applicable, military discharge papers (DD-214) for veterans, insurance policy documents, pre-need arrangement contracts if they exist, a photo of the deceased for the obituary, and signed authorization forms. This checklist is built into your dashboard from day one.
3. How are documents organized after they’re uploaded? Every document is automatically sorted into the case it belongs to.
